Working directly for Yokohama Tyres Europe CMCDV provided them with a full service website solution that was online from 2007 to 2012. The project was
encompassing a complete B2C website relaunch including a fully categorized and searchable tyre catalogue, a comprehensive motor sports area presenting the wide range of activities Yokohama is
pursuing in this field including rich media content, and new means to simplify Yokohama's communication with their european distributors network via an extensive B2B area.
CMCDV delivered a completly new design language for the frontend with a dynamically adoptable frontend and built up the website based on an easily usable Content Management System.
The front- and the backend were conceptualized and built in a way suitable to be deployed in multiple languages and as framework of satellite websites for all european branches of Yokohama under a centralized content control and management system and distributed layers of local backend access.
For a span of five years CMCDV took care of the full maintenance of the website and all its components.
